Annapurna at Church Farm Barns offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads. Located in Lingwood, we sit between Norwich and the Broads waterways, with Brundall marina and the River Yare just minutes away.
What We Offer
Our en-suite guest rooms provide comfortable overnight stays with a communal kitchen for breakfast preparation. Rooms include double, twin (with disabled access), and family configurations. For longer stays or more independence, our self-catering barns have private kitchens, sitting rooms, and sleep up to 6 guests.
The Broads from Your Door
The Norfolk Broads is Britain's largest protected wetland — over 300 km of navigable waterways. From Church Farm Barns, you can be hiring a day boat at Brundall in under 10 minutes, walking the Wherryman's Way riverside trail within 15, or watching bitterns at Strumpshaw Fen before lunch. The southern and central Broads are all within easy reach.
Beyond the Broads
Norwich city centre is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train. Great Yarmouth and its beaches are roughly 25 minutes east. The north Norfolk coast — Holkham, Wells, Blakeney — is a comfortable day trip. The property makes a natural base for exploring the whole county.
