Annapurna at Church Farm Barns is a small independent guesthouse in Lingwood, Norfolk, roughly 8 miles east of Norwich city centre. We offer en-suite guest rooms and self-catering converted barns on a quiet rural lane, with free parking and easy access to the A47.

Our guest rooms include double, twin, and family options — all en-suite and beautifully presented. The twin room has full disabled access and a wet room. Self-catering barns sleep up to 4 or 6 guests across 2 or 3 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchens, sitting rooms, and private bathrooms. Dogs are welcome across all accommodation types at £7.50 per night.
Getting to Norwich
Norwich city centre is about 20 minutes by car via the A47, or 15 minutes by train from Lingwood station, which is under a mile from the property. There is no need to worry about city-centre parking — leave the car here and take the train. Norwich has a cathedral, castle, independent shopping lanes, and a strong restaurant scene.

Unlike city-centre hotels, Annapurna sits in open Norfolk countryside. You get the quiet of a rural stay with the convenience of being a short drive or train ride from Norwich. We have a seasonal communal hot tub (April to October), garden space, and are surrounded by walks, the Norfolk Broads, and RSPB Strumpshaw Fen.
