Annapurna at Church Farm Barns is Lingwood's only guest house — a small, independently run property on a quiet lane in this Broadland village. We offer en-suite guest rooms for short stays and self-catering barns for longer visits, all set in converted agricultural buildings surrounded by open countryside.
About Lingwood
Lingwood is a peaceful village in the Broadland district, roughly 8 miles east of Norwich. It has its own train station on the Wherry Line (15 minutes to Norwich), a village pub (The Kings Head, under a mile away), a weekly Parkrun, and St Peter's Church dating to the 14th century. The village is well connected by the A47 but feels genuinely rural.
The Property
Church Farm Barns is a cluster of converted farm buildings on Lingwood Road. Guest rooms are beautifully presented with en-suite bathrooms. The twin room includes disabled access and a wet room. Our barns offer self-contained apartments with kitchens, sitting rooms, and multiple bedrooms — ideal for families or longer stays. Free WiFi, free parking, and a seasonal communal hot tub are included.
Who Stays Here
Our guests include business travellers working in the Norwich area, couples on weekend breaks, families visiting the Broads, birdwatchers heading to Strumpshaw Fen, and contractors on longer assignments. The flexibility of rooms and barns means we can accommodate most requirements.
